We’re more than halfway through 2017, and Salesforce has been winning award after award.  As a Salesforce certified partner, Edgeware is pleased to congratulate Salesforce on their latest gains.

First, the Salesforce Service Cloud was named a leader by Forrester Research in its report,  The Forrester Wave. Their innovative Service Cloud platform is an AI-powered platform built on Salesforce Lightning that allows users improve service across every channel. Salesforce won the award for Customer Service Solutions for Enterprise Organizations, Q2 2017. Salesforce Service Cloud received the highest scores among all evaluated vendors in their categories. In a quote from Forrester’s report, “Salesforce is a Leader in the evaluation with its continued momentum in making large, complex customer service deals.”

Bill Patterson, the  SVP and GM of Service Cloud for Salesforce stated, “Today, your brand is defined by the customer service that you provide. As customer expectations continue to grow, companies need a world-class platform that spans their entire service organization—from agents in the call center to customers getting help in-app and mobile workers delivering service in the field. In addition, Salesforce was named a leader in innovation by the writers at Forbes magazine for the seventh consecutive year. Salesforce actually took the number-one spot for 2017. According to Forbes, “Salesforce’s  Customer Success Platform offers a comprehensive portfolio of services, such as sales force automation, customer service and support, marketing automation, digital commerce, community management, analytics, application development, IoT integration, collaborative productivity tools and professional cloud services.”
